Event Terms & Conditions

By applying or attending Trades Operators Conference (April 10-11, Celebration, FL), you agree to these terms.

Pricing & Payments

- Early Bird: $1,999 (by Feb 15, 2026); Regular: $2,999.

- Non-refundable after March 1, 2026. Before: 50% refund.

- Transfers OK up to 30 days prior.

Event Changes/Cancellation

We may cancel/postpone; full refund if so. No liability for travel costs.

Conduct

Respectful behavior required. We reserve right to remove violators (no refund).

Liability

Attend at own risk. No liability for injury, loss, or damages.

Media

Event may be recorded/photographed. You grant permission for use in promo.

Governing Law

Florida law applies.
